Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 30, 2026
This policy explains what information Forza collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the Forza website, dashboard, MCP client, and hosted tool proxy.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information created by your use of Forza, and limited technical information needed to run the service.
- Account information, including your email address, name, authentication session, and account settings.
- Billing and credit information, including Stripe checkout identifiers, purchase amounts, credit balances, and ledger entries. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Forza.
- Usage information, including searches, result counts, selected tools, tool-call metadata, latency, status, spending caps, and outcome reports.
- Website analytics events, such as sign-in starts, install snippet copies, starter-pack selections, and landing-page scroll depth.
- Technical information, including IP address, user agent, logs, error reports, and security signals used to prevent abuse and debug the service.
How We Use Information
- To provide, secure, monitor, and improve Forza and its MCP-connected tool search and proxy features.
- To authenticate users, maintain sessions, enforce spending caps, and process payments and credits.
- To rank tools, measure search quality, diagnose failures, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain audit records for paid calls.
- To send service-related messages, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We use service providers only as needed to operate Forza. These providers may process personal information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments.
- Stripe for checkout, payment processing, receipts, and payment event reconciliation.
- Sentry for application error monitoring and reliability diagnostics.
- Hosting, database, observability, and infrastructure providers used to run the website, API, and tool proxy.
- Tool and API providers that your agent asks Forza to call. Requests to those tools may include the parameters needed to perform the selected operation.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Forza uses cookies and local storage as described in our Cookie Policy. We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in and local storage for dashboard display preferences. Our current first-party website analytics do not set advertising cookies.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve tool quality. Paid-call, billing, security, and analytics records may be retained longer where they are needed for audit, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or product integrity.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal limits. You can also stop using the service, clear browser storage, or delete local MCP configuration from your own machine.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Forza does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including authentication controls, hashed or scoped identifiers where appropriate, rate limits, server-side validation, and protected environment variables. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
